You need to add it to your Story Details (dont forget to press Enter on the website).

For each contest you can edit your story as many times as you want before the deadline. To access your story: log in, go to ‘my stories’ and click on your story. To edit your story title/description, go to the 3dot menu in your Story Dashboard and click Story Basics; to edit your tags/other story details, go to the 3dot menu in your story dashboard and select Story Details

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY STORY IS PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST OR NOT?

If you see the tag on your story page after you searched for it, it is participating. If you are not sure, contact us and we can check it for you ?

HOW DO I PROMOTE MY STORY?

Best way is to promote your story via your own social media and network. You can also promote it in Sweek fanpage https://www.facebook.com/groups/306066656501682/ or here https://sweek.com/#/read/45278/1400000162. You can find the link to share your story when you search for your story in the search bar and click on it. Here you’ll find the share button on the story info page!

DO I GET A CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATING IMMEDIATELY?

No, but if your story is tagged, you are surely participating. However, if you’d like to know for sure you are participating, please ask us ?

HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR MY STORY?

Current search is based on the title, description and the tag. So you can search for either of those.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY STORY ON SEARCH RIGHT AWAY?

No worries, sometimes it can take a few minutes after publishing to become visible on all the platforms. If you still can’t find your story the next day, please contact us.

I can't be to sign up on the app... It shows this id has been taken... What should I do

    • Sabine van der Plas, July 13, 2017 Reply

Hi, in that case the username you're trying to use is probably already beloning to another user. If you try another username (e.g. your name + a number), it should work!

    • Sabine van der Plas, July 17, 2017 Reply

Hi, it can be any type of adventure! Discovering the world, starting a new job etc. You can interpret adventures how you would like to.

  • Jacqueline, August 5, 2017 Reply

You said that if you are less than 14, you need permission, right? So where do we add that we have got the permission? In the chapter?

    • Sabine van der Plas, September 4, 2017 Reply

Hi, if you have permission, you don't have to state this in your story. In case we get in touch with you for any reason and you're indeed younger than 14, we will ask for it.

  • Marina, August 7, 2017 Reply

    Dear Sweek Team,

Do you check contestants' stories for plagiarism? I've noticed some people copy and paste other people's work under their names making it popular here. Since Sweek is growing, I believe it's paramount to tackle this problem before it becomes too big to handle. It would be useful to mention once again 'No plagiarism' with an explanation in the submission guidelines. Young authors may not understand the issue. The same goes with protected photo/image usage. Providing the 'Credits' option in 'Story basics' would be nice.
    Many thanks.

    Yours sincerely,
    Marina

Hi, we state in the community guidelines and our submission guidelines that your published work should be written by yourself. I do agree that we should add the fact that pictures should be rights free. Thank you for your suggestion! If you see any stories in particular, we will address them right away. Thanks, Sabine

Hello, I wanted to make sure that I was participating in the #GoExplore contest. The title of the story is called The Strife for the Innocent. The reason I ask is because I published the chapters but couldn't find it in the search tool box. Thank you

    • Sweek team, August 14, 2017 Reply

Hi there, unfortunately, I cannot find a story with this exact title. Could you please send us your Sweek email address to support@sweek.com. Thank you!

      • Fernando A Sierra, August 15, 2017 Reply

Hello. Thank you for responding. I went ahead and sent you all that information to the email you provided. Thank you

  • Anita, August 11, 2017 Reply

    • Sweek team, August 14, 2017 Reply

Hi there, you should not make any changes to your story after the deadline. Please give us the title of your story, and we will discuss whether to allow it or not
